Plaintiff has filed a motion for enlargement of 

time in v;hich to complete discovery. It appears that there 

is presently some dispute concerning the extent of discovery 

already afforded and in order to conclude the disputes which 

may presently exist, an extension of time in which to 

complete discovery is granted through and including February 5, 

1976.

The plaintiff's motion for an order compelling 

more complete answers to Interrogatories and for production 

of documents is referred to the Magistrate for consideration 

and hearing, if necessary, with respect to the contentions of 

the parties, after an opportunity is afforded the defendant to 

respond to plaintiff's motion.
