f the Court. Personal recorders are not permitted in the courtroom. However, counsel may arrange at their own expense for an official
ourt reporter to be present, upon advance approval of the Court. On request, the Clerk will notify counsel who desire immediate collect
elephonic notification when the opinion is rendered.
Counsel to present oral argument are requested to appear in person at the Clerk’s Office between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on the
lay of hearing.
