NOW INTO COURT come the plaintiffs in this matter, who, on
the basis of the Motion for Award of Attorneys' Fees and Expenses
and Memorandum in Support Thereof, respectfully show that the re-
solution of said motion will require an evidentiary hearing to
determine the amount of said Attorneys' Fees and Expenses, respect-
