PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiffs will pursuant to 

the provisions of Rule 30, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 

take the deposition of Dr. James E. Voyles on Monday, April 

12, 1976 at 9:00 A.M. The deposition will be taken in the 

offices of Hand, Arendall, Bedsole, Greaves & Johnston, 

3000 First National Bank Building, Mobile, Alabama, before 

Walter W. Wise or some other officer authorized by law to 

take depositions. The oral examination will continue from 

day to day until completed.
