and do not include any documents plaintiffs may introduce as part of 

their rebuttal case, if and when such evidence is necessary. The 

exhibits listed do not include documents requested by plaintiffs but 

not yet received by defendants and expert analyses based on such 

missing documents. Plaintiffs reserve the right to add updates to
