vised Commercials! shown during sporting events, will be released here
Wednesday morning, August 23, at 11:00 a.m. at the Overseas Press Club,

Inc, (LDF).
It is the first survey of this specific focus.
Announcement of a request for an "investigation by the Federal Com-
munications Commission of the possibility of racial bias in the produc~-
tion and broadcast of television commercials" will also be made.
Spokesmen at the press conference will be Bill white of the Philadelphie
Phillies; Claude "Buddy" Young, former star of the football Yankees,
now an executive with the National Football League; Dr. Lawrence Plotkir
of the Social Dynamics Research Institute, City University of New York;
Gustav Heningburg, assistant to the president of the Legal Defense Fund,
