It is now ORDERED that: 

1. The two week bench trial, scheduled for March 13, 

1978, at 9:30 a.m. , is now continued to April 24, 1978, at 

9:30.2,.m, 

2. Discovery is to be closed one week following the 

parties' settlement meeting with the Health, Education and 

Welfare officials in Wawhington, D. C. 

3.. The final Pretrial Order will be due at the time 

discovery is closed. 

4, Trial briefs will be due at the time of trial and 

need not be exchanged. 

SO ORDERED this 7th day of March, 1978.
