ORDER TO CORRECT CLERICAL ERRORS 

1. In accordance with F.R.Civ.P. 60, the Court makes the 

following corrections of clerical mistakes in its Memorandum 

Opinion and Order of November 8, 1989: 

2. On page 12, the following sentence is added to Paragraph 

2: "Jesse Oliver, a Black from Dallas, testified that he is a 

member of LULAC." 

3. On page 18, the following sentence is added to the end 

of the second complete paragraph of Paragraph 11: "This remains 

true when Plaintiffs controlled for voting age population of non- 

United States citizens 7 Spanish origin."
