1. Report on expert meetings regarding the Stevens/Baez plan. 

2. Update on state programs and report on meeting with CREC. 

3. Status of Hartford schools. 

4. Update on cases regarding race conscious actions absent a finding of intentional discrimination 

[Zito (Arlington, VA), Eisenberg (Montgomery County, MD) and Brewer (Monroe County, NY)]. 

5. Community Outreach and hiring a community organizer. 

6. Addition of Hartford counsel. 

7. New Business
