after 8 P.M. is being challenged in U.s. Court of Appeals in Richmond, Friday, December 5, by the NAACP Legal Defense and Educationa Fund, Ine. * 
The case rises from the vecent campaign to improve job conditions and salaries of Negro workers at South Carolina Medical College and y Charleston County Hospital. Appellants, the Reverends Ralph D. Abernathy, — Hosea L. Wiliiams, Andrew J. Young and other officials of the Southern | Christian Leadership Conference, They seek through the LDF, to reverse a U.S. District Court ruling issued in Charleston on October 11, 1969, S which rejected, without hearing, their complaint seeking declaratory and injunctive relief. tLpr is asking the @ourt of Appeals to reverse the district court, reinstate SCLC's complaint, issue a declaratory judgment and written jurisdiction of their claims for injunctive release.
