As I have said before, we are still in the process of proofing these documents in this office,
so as we find errors, we will fax them to you. The majority of our editing will take place
Monday or Tuesday of next week. For the material I sent to you this week, please try to have
any proofing you feel necessary completed and in our hands by midday Wednesday, Aug, 2.
Also, please check your suggested edits against the hard copy of depositions and transcripts to
insure that we are staying true to the original. We will need to have edits entered and pagination
set by the end of the week in order to send the maps for copying.
[ will send the remaining documents to you for you review as we complete them. Feel
free to call me if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
