The motion of the N.A.A.C.P. Legal Defense and Educa-
tional Fund, Inc. for an order adjudging defendants in United
States of America v. The Kemper County School Board et al., in
civil contempt of the orders of this court in this matter dated
November 7, 1969, January 2, 1970 and March 18, 1970, the affi-
davits in support thereof, the answer of defendants and the
affidavits in support thereof, having been considered;
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the motion
and the answer thereto be and the same is hereby referred to
Honorable Dan M. Russell, Jr., United States District Judge
for the Southern District of Mississippi, for hearing with di-
rection that he make full findings of fact and recommendations
to this court at the earliest convenient time.
