MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE PLAINTIFFS’
RESPONSES TO DEFENDANTS’ SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES

The Plaintiffs move for an extension of time of four business

days to Monday, October 24, 1992, to file Plaintiffs’ Responses to

Defendants’ Second Set of Interrogatories. The reason for this Motion

is that undersigned plaintiffs’ counsel has been unable to complete

the answers because of depositions scheduled in this case and because

of emergencies in the Juan F. v. O’Neill, DCYS consent decree

litigation.

Respectfully Submitted,
