When we took Professor Henderson's deposition, we 
~equested additional information that was highlighted during 

is testimony. I would now like to ask that you produce 
he following material and, if you refuse to do so, please 
et me know when we can have a Rule 3.11 conference in an- 
jcipation of £iling our Rule 37 motion: 

l. Dr. Henderson's course outline for his seminar 
in elections, dealing with reapportionment - Henderson 
deposition page 19. 

2. A copy of "American Democracy: People, Politics 
and Policies" (Winthrop, 1980) authored by Dr. Henderson. We 
are especially interested in Chapter 6, which, according to 
his testimony, deals with reapportionment - Henderson deposition 
page 21. 

3. Please let me know if Dr. Henderson is analyzing 
any other assessor's race, other than that mentioned in his 
deposition at page 31 dealing with the election on April 30, 
1977. 

4. A complete listing of every election which 
Dr. Henderson analyzed and which will form the basis of his 
testimony during trial concerning racial bloc voting - 
Henderson deposition page 34. 

5. A copy of all data which Dr. Henderson claims 
supports his conclusion that Jefferson Parish precincts tend Co 

to support Republican candidates more than do comparable
