    UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF ALABAMA

SOUTHERN DIVISION

PRE-TRIAL DOCKET

You are hereby notified that a pre-trial conference, in each

of the actions listed on the sheet(s) attached hereto, will be held

in JUDGE PITTMAN'S CHAMBERS, ROOM 247, Second Floor, Federal Building,

Mobile, Alabama, on the date and at the time indicated with each

case,

It is requested that each party be represented by the attorney

who expects to conduct the actual trial; that said attorney famil-

iarize himself with the pre-trial rule (Rule 16 of the Federal Rules

of Civil Procedure), and come with full authority to make disclosure

of facts, admit and stipulate undisputed facts, and to waive require-

ments of formal proof of documents, etc.; to submit documentary proof,

photographs, x-rays, etc., so that they maybe marked as evidence in

advance of trial, and to discuss points of law which will arise in

the trail of the cause.

Experience has taught that when litigants are represented by

counsel, presence of the actual litigants contributes little, if

anything, to the success of the pre-trial conference. Litigants

not represented by counsel are required to attend the pre-trial con-

ference,

BY DIRECTION OF THE COURT:

WILLIAM J. O'CONNOR
CLERK
