Procedure, and as grounds therefore says: 

1. On April 2, 1975, the Appellee GADSDEN COUNTY DIS- 

TRICT SCHOOL BOARD filed its Notice of Appeal with the United 

States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, 

Tallahassee Division. 

2. On April 11, 1975, the Appellant, WITT CAMPBELL 

filed his Notice of Cross-Appeal with the United States Dis- 

trict Court for the Northern District of Florida, Tallahassee 

Division. 

3. Pursuant to local practice in the United States 

Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Appellee Gadsden County 

District School Board, et al, etc., has been considered 

Appellant. 

WHEREFORE, Appellee, GADSDEN COUNTY DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD,
