Dear Ms. Curry:
ft J.s my understanding that LDF has reimbursed your firm for
all expenses Lncurred in Maior v. Treen through March 19, 1986,
see April 2, 1985 letter, attached.
Since that tine I have spoken with Mr. Menefee regarding
this case. In view of the present litigation posture, I believe
Mr. Menefee has agreed to continue to carry additional expenses
incurred without LDF reinbursement. If I am wrong, please let me
know.
