NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME 

COMES NOW GADSDEN COUNTY DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD, et al., 

etc., confirms the Clerk's extension of Ten (10) days to file 

Appellant's Response to the Appellee's Cross Appeal authorized 

by Adeline Barnes, Deputy Clerk. Appellee was late in filing 

his brief thereby delaying Appellants' Response. As a result 

of Appellee's tardiness, Appellants' brief is due in this 

Court on September 4, 1974. However, Appellants' counsel 

has two other Appellate briefs which are due during this same 

week. Therefore, Appellants' counsel has requested and has 

been granted a ten (10) day extension for filing the brief 

making it now due in this Court on September 14, 1974. 

I HEREBY CERTIFY that a copy of the foregoing has been 

furnished by mail to Kent Spriggs, 324 West College Avenue, 

Tallahassee, Florida; Jack Greenberg, 10 Columbus Circle, 

New York, N.Y.; and Richard Gardner, The Quincy State Bank
