BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND ORAL ARGUMENT 
  

Contemporaneously with the filing of this request, the 

Lawrence County Defendants have filed their Motion to Dismiss 

or Transfer, or, in the Alternative, to Sever and Transfer 

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1404(a) or, Alternatively, to Dismiss 

Class Action Allegations. They respectfully request the 

opportunity to present written and oral argument in support of 

their motion, and request the Court to establish a schedule for 

briefing and a date for oral argument.
