MIDLAND COUNTY 

There being no opposition, and upon consideration of all 

matters of records, the Court has determined that Plaintiffs! 

Motion for Extension of Time to File Request for Attorneys' Fees 

from Midland County has merit. THEREFORE, The Motion is GRANTED. 

Plaintiffs need not file their Motion for Attorneys' Fees from 

Midland County, if any, -in compliance with Local Rule 300-10. 

Instead, if they choose to file a Motion, they may file it at the 

same time that they make other timely Motions for fees after the 

Court has resolved 8 merits and remedy of this case.
