ORDER On Mareh 19, 1986, this court required that the court reporter transcribe the hearing on the plaintiffs' request for preliminary injunction, and the court said that it would tax the cost of transcription against the losing parties. The court is informed that the cost of the transcription is $490.00. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that cost in the amount of $490.00, payable to Roger W. Watford, Official Court Reporter, is taxed against the Calhoun, Coffee, Etowah, Lawrence, Pickens, and Talladega County defendants, separately and severally, for which execution may issue. Counsel for the plaintiffs as well as for the Calhoun, Coffee, Crenshaw, Escambia, Etowah, Lawrence, Pickens, and Talladega County defendants are all DIRECTED to be present.
