ORDER
On Mareh 19, 1986, this court required that the court reporter
transcribe the hearing on the plaintiffs' request for preliminary
injunction, and the court said that it would tax the cost of transcription
against the losing parties. The court is informed that the cost of the
transcription is $490.00.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that cost in the amount of $490.00,
payable to Roger W. Watford, Official Court Reporter, is taxed against the
Calhoun, Coffee, Etowah, Lawrence, Pickens, and Talladega County defendants,
separately and severally, for which execution may issue.
DONE, this the 25th day of November, 1986.

ORDER
For good cause, it is ORDERED that the plaintiffs' November 21,
1986, motion for award of attorney fees and expenses is set for an
in-chamber$ conference on December 12, 1986, at 4:45 p.m. at the federal
courthouse in Montgomery, Alabama. Counsel for the plaintiffs as well as
for the Calhoun, Coffee, Crenshaw, Escambia, Etowah, Lawrence, Pickens, and
Talladega County defendants are all DIRECTED to be present. The court
understands from the plaintiffs that they have settled the issue of attorney
fees and expenses with the Lee County defendants.
DONE, this the 25th day of November, 1986.
