Re: Requests for Admission, Sheff v. O'Neill

Dear Adam:

Enclosed please find a draft of my section of the Sheff
Requests for Admission. There remain many documents still to
review and, unfortunately, the file numbers need to be added to the
entries listed herein.

The Sheff files at LDF will be in order by January 1, 1991.
As you know, it has been a long, somewhat arduous task, but it is
near completion. I hope to return to these requests and conduct
a more thorough search for admissions once this horrible indexing
process 1s over.

At some point in the near future, we should also discuss how
we will respond to the state's request for the sources of our
earlier requests for admissions. Is someone "assigned" to work on
a response?

Ron Ellis is redrafting the fact memo. As soon as his work
has been completed, you, Phil, and I can proceed with the next step
in the process of organizing our evidence.

I hope your trip to Alabama was productive and that your pool
skills are much improved. Please call me 1f you have any
questions.

Sincerely,

Fle
Marianne Engelman Lado
