BOND FOR COSTS ON APPEAL 

On December 14, 1965, a judgment was rendered against 

Rebecca E. Henry, et al., plaintiffs herein, and in favor 

of Clarksdale Municipal Separate School District, el al., 

defendants herein. Plaintiffs have filed a Notice of Appeal 

from such judgment to the United States Court of Appeals 

for the Fifth Circuit. 

Plaintiffs—appellants hereby tender to the United 

States District Court for the Northern District of lMississ-— 

ippi cash bond in the amount of $250, and are held firmly 

bound unto defendants—appellees in the full and just sum 

of $250, to be paid to defendants—appellees, their 

executors, administrators or assigns. The condition of this 

shligation is such that if plaintiffs—appellants prosecute 

this appeal to exeeubion, they shall pay costs if the 

appeal is dismissed, if the Judgment is affirmed or such 

costs of court as the United States Court of Appeals for the 

Fifth Circuit may award against such plaintiffs. I the
