IN FRIDAY SESSION AT AMERICANA 

EVENT: The 1972 Institute of the NAACP Legal Defense and 

Educational Fund, Inc., entitled, 

"TOWARD EQUALITY: THE PAIN OF CHANGE IN 1972." 

DATE: Friday, May 19, 1972. 

TIME: 9:00 A.M. through concluding session beginning at 
4:45 P.M. 

PLACE: The Americana Hotel (various ballrooms -- see 

enclosed program), 52nd Street at Seventh Avenue, 

New York City. 

(NOTE: EDITOR -- there will be opportunities throughout 

the day to film or tape all panel sessions, including 

the luncheon address by Senator Hart. Your correspondent 

may interview individual discussants in the press room 

located in Royal Ballroom "B", which will be equipped 

with typewriters, paper, telephones, tables and chairs.)
