These maps were Plaintiffs’ Exhibit Nos. 107, 108 and 109 in the district court trial held late last year. The district court referred to the maps in their opinion (Jurisdictional Statement Appendix at 14a) as “N”, “0”, and “P”, designations used by appellees in earlier filings.
