Re: Hunt v. Cromartie, No. 99-1864
Dear Mr. Suter:
Enclosed please find twenty copies each of three maps which appellants in the above
referenced case wish to lodge with the Court. These maps were Plaintiffs’ Exhibit Nos. 107, 108
and 109 in the district court trial held late last year. The district court referred to the maps in their
opinion (Jurisdictional Statement Appendix at 14a) as “N”, “0”, and “P”, designations used by
appellees in earlier filings.
By copy of this letter, all parties are being provided a copy of each exhibit.
