Attorney, as co-counsel of record. Mr. Finn is leaving the 

employ of this office and is joining the Office of Hearings and 

Appeals, Social Security Administration in New Orleans, 

Louisiana. 

Defendants further move to maintain Kendall L. Vick, 

Assistant Attorney General, as counsel of record and trial 

attorney.
