The findings and conclusj-ons of the symposium, particularl-y the emphasis on liberalLzl-ng registration procedures, deserve a wide audience. As a voting rights litlgator I would be happy to dis- cuss any of the issues raised by the broadcast, especially the impact on minority citizens, if you would like more information.
