Pursuant to Rule 30, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 

plaintiffs in the above-styled cause will take the deposition of 

Jerris Leonard on Thursday, April 25, 1985, at his office, Suite 

1020, The Farragut Building, 900 Seventeenth Street, N.W., 

Washington, D.C.20006, commencing at 9:00 a.m., before an officer 

duly authorized to take depositions, and will continue from day 

to day until completed. The deponent is requested to bring with 

him the following described documents:  



A11 attorney time and billing records for his firm for 
each voting rights case on which he has worked at any 
time during the last five years, and which has a total 
of at least 500 hours of attorney time. Plaintiffs 
will accept a summary showing the case name and number 
of attorney hours in lieu of actual records.
