Notice is hereby given to the parties in the above captioned 

case that the defendants intend to take the deposition of Diane 

Cloud, 24 Woodside Circle, Hartford, CT. Said deposition will 

begin at 9:30 a.m. on the 20th day of October, 1992 and continue 

on such additional days as may be necessary to complete the 

deposition. The deposition will be conducted before an 

appropriate officer in the conference room of the Office Of the 

Attorney General, 110 Sherman Street, Hartford, CT. The 

deposition will be conducted in accordance with the laws and 

rules of practice of the State of Connecticut.
