4) Defendants have approved transfer of Sheila Martin, Grade 10 

and Kay Martin, Grade 7, both white, residing on Airport Road, Greenville, 

Mississippi, a short distance fron O'Bannon Attendance Center, from 

Greenville Municipal Separate School District to Norma C. O'Bannon 

Attendance Center, Western Line Consolidated School District. The father 

of these children is 2h lavalid and one of the children suffers from 

epilepsy. The family has no transportation id the school to which the 

children were assigned in the Greenville District n located several miles 

away. It is necessary, on occasion, for the mother to pick up the child 

when taken with an epileptic fit. This transfer was approved by the 

defendant Board on a hardship basis as a matter within their discretion. 

5) The defendant Board has approved a transfer of Timothy 

Michael Spurgeons, a member of the white race, residing at 2666 Old 

Leland Road, Greenville, Mississippi to the Greenville Municipal Separate 

School District, subject to acceptance by the latter. This child had been 

attending the Cerebral Palsy School in Greenville, not a part of the public 

school system, whith has been closed. Greenville has facilities for 

educating exceptional children which the defendant, Western Line, lacks.
