This matter having come on to be considered on the motion
of the defendants-appellants for a temporary stay of an order entered
by the District Court July 11, 1972, pending disposition by this
Court of appellants' emergency application for stay, which said
application is set for hearing at 1:30. o'clock p.m. July 17, 1972,
and it further appearing that on July 13, 1972, the District Court
denied a motion for a stay pending such hearing in this court, in aid
of our appellate jurisdiction, and without notice to plaintiffs-
appellees in circumstances which preclude practicable notice, it is
concluded that the emergency motion presently before us is well

O R D E R
taken, and accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that the District Court's Order for Re
quisition of Transportation, entered July 11, 1972, is stayed
until announcement of this Court's disposition of the motion to
be heard at 1:30 p.m. o'clock July 17, 1972, or until further
order of this Court.
