Dear Tiare: 

I am attaching hereto our designations from the trial transcript. We may have some minor 
revisions, but I doubt this section will change. 

As we agreed, I intend to forward designations as decisions are made to include items. I 
expect that we can forward our map and stipulation designations tomorrow. We are working on 

i obtaining reduced copies of the maps and Dr. Weber’s information on disk. Later in the week we 

will have had an opportunity to make designations from depositions and other materials. 

We would appreciate your updating us if and when your designations change.
