to provide the court with a status report of the readiness of this
case within ten days from the date of this order. This should
include a forecast by the partims of the timing and scope of
discovery and other pretrial preparations, the parties' estimate of
the time which would be involved in trial, and the parties’ present
expectation of a date at which they would be ready for trial.
