The Attorney General, on behalf of the Governor and other 

authorities of the State of North Carolina, and william H. BooOe, 

Esquire, on behalf of others, have requested a postponement of 

the three-judge court from March 10, 1970 to later dates. The 

menbers of the court, after considering the requests, being of 

the opinion that the postponement should be allowed, IT IS 

{ 

THEREFORE ORDERED, that/the hearing previously set for March 

10, 1970, is hereby continued, and that the hearing of the 

various matters involved will be conducted before the three- 

judge court at 10:00: A.M. On Tuesday, March 24, 1970.

The time for filing of briefs and proposed findings of 

fact and conclusions of law, ate on behalf of the various 

defendants is no until Friday, March 13, 1970, and reply 

brief on behalf C? the olainuilee, if any, should be served 

upon all opposing counsel and filed with the court on or before 

Friday, March 20, 1970.
