BEFORE THE HONORABLES HENRY A. POLITZ, FRED. J. CASSIBRY, and

ROBERT F. COLLINS

ALL PRESENT AND READY. CASE CALLED. DOCUNENT Yo.
COUNSEL SHALL SUBMIT THE PROPOSED REMEDY TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
FOR APPROVAL. THE STATE SHALL ADVISE THE COURT OF ACTION TAKEN.
AFTERWHICH, THE COURT WILL DETERMINE IF ADDITIONAL IN COURT ACTION
IS NEEDED.

A THREE JUDGE PANEL WILL NOT BE NECESSARY FOR THE DETERMINATION
OF THE ATTORNEYS' FEES ISSUE. IF COUNSEL CANNOT RESOLVE THIS ISSUE,
THEY SHOULD SUBMIT THE MATTER TO THE COURT FOR DETERMINATION. SUBMISSION
OF AFFIDAVITS WILL BE A STARTING POINT. PLAINTIFFS SHALL MAKE THEIR
SUBMISSION WITHIN 15 DAYS; DEFENDANTS SHALL MAKE THEIR SUBMISSION
WITHIN 30 DAYS. ~AFTERWHICH, THE COURT WILL ENTER AN APPROPRIATE
ORDER.
