PER CURIAM:
The findings of fact and recommendations of Honor-
able Dan M. Russell, Jr., United States District Judge, relative
to student assignment in the Amite County school system having
been considered;
IT IS ORDERED as follows:
(1) We defer ruling on the findings and recommenda-
tions pending receipt of the October 15, 1970 and April 15, 1971
reports from defendants;
(2) the school district may assign students for
the 1970-71 school term on the basis of the temporary plan ap-
proved by this court on December 9, 1969.
