# 4 IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE UNITED STATES FOR THE MIDDLE DISTRICT OF ALABAMA, NORTHERN DIVISION JOHN DILLARD, et al., ) Plaintiffs, ) Vv. ) CIVIL ACTION NO. 85-T-1332-N CRENSHAW COUNTY, etc., et al., : Defendants. ‘ ORDER Based upon the representations made by counsel for the plaintiffs and the Pickens County, Calhoun County, Lawrence County, Talladega County, and Crenshaw County intervenor defendants at an in-chambers conference on December 12, 1986, ir is ORDERED that the legal issue regarding attorney fees filed by the plaintiffs and the Pickens County defendants is set for declaratory resolution, without oral argument, on January 9, 1987, with said parties to file briefs by said date. It is further ORDERED: (1) That the plaintiffs' November 21, 1986, aoeion for attorney fees and expenses against the Calhoun County, Lawrence County, Talladega County, and Crenshaw County intervenor defendants is set for submission, without oral argument, on February 6, 1987; (2) That the parties are to complete discovery by January 20, 1987; and (3) That the parties are to file briefs and evidentiary materials by January 30, 1987, and to file reply briefs and evidentiary materials by February 6, 1987. # 4 It is further ORDERED that the Calhoun County, Lawrence County, Talladega, and Crenshaw County intervenor defendants file responsive pleadings (reflecting, among other things, specific times and rates contested) by December 22, 1986.
