Don Baker, District Director, Office of Congressman Mel Watt - The process of running a congressional campaign in and the political and electoral character of District 12. 6. Charles J. Worth, District Manager, Office of Congresswoman Eva Clayton - The process of running a congressional campaign in and the political and electoral character of District 1. 7. Dr. Richard L. Engstrom - Rebuttal testimony, as necessary, to the trial testimony of Dr. Ronald Weber.
