Major v. Treen

Dear Bob:

1 have received your letter of January 15. 1 am at a loss to explain the

omission you describe in your letter. Nevertheless, please find enclosed another

copy of drafts of Contested Issues of Fact and Contested Issues of Law. Since

they are quite short, I hope we can still have our meeting as scheduled.

I have also enclosed a Memorandum from Dr. Engstrom and a Rule 26(b) Statement

concerning Drs. Cassimere and Logsdon, as stated in my letter to Marty of January

14.

I look forward to meeting with you as scheduled on Monday unless I hear other-

wise.

Sincerely,

R.” James Kellogg
