MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO
RESPOND TO PLAINTIFFS' FIRST SET OF INTERROGATORIES
AND PLAINTIFFS' FIRST REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS
The defendants request an extension of time until December
3, 1990, by which time they must respond to the plaintiff's First
Set of Interrogatories, dated September 20, 1990, and the
plaintiffs' Request for Admissions of the same date. This
additional time is required to allow for coordination of all the
people and agencies named as defendants herein.
Counsel for the plaintiffs have been contacted and have no
objection to the granting of this motion.
