MOTION TO WITHDRAW MOTION FOR LEAVE TO

AMEND COMPLAINT

Comes now Charles B. Miller, Attorney at Law, and moves

that plaintiffs' Motion which was previously filed on

May 25, 1977, for leave to amend the complaint be withdrawn

because the previous motion was unnecessary.

Counsel was directed to file the previous motion by

the Clerk of Court and did so thinking that it was proper

in this Court.

WHEREFORE, counsel respectfully prays that plaintiffs’

Motion For Leave To Amend Complaint filed on May 25, 1977 be

withdrawn.
