SUPERIOR COURT

 JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF HARTFORD/

NEW BRITAIN AT HARTFORD

AUGUST 29, 1991

MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

The plaintiffs move for a further extension of time until

September 20, 1991 in order to respond to the defendants’ Motion for

summary Judgment. The reason for this motion is the need to prepare a

proper response to the voluminous papers filed by the defendants, and

to accommodate the vacation schedules of some of the attorneys for the

plaintiffs.
