This is to advise that the Court will hear oral arguments 
in the above case in New Orleans on Friday, September 
30, 1977 beginning at 8:30 o'clock A.M. in the West Court- 

room (Room 265) in the United States Court of Appeals 
Courthouse. The Court has directed that we advise counsel 
that each side will be allotted twenty (20) minutes.
