Dear Counsel: 

This is to advise that the Court will hear oral arguments 
in the above case in New Orleans on Friday, September 
30, 1977 beginning at 8:30 o'clock A.M. in the West Court- 

room (Room 265) in the United States Court of Appeals 
Courthouse. The Court has directed that we advise counsel 
that each side will be allotted twenty (20) minutes. 

Will you please be sure to check in with the Clerk's Office 
by 8:00 o'clock that morning to advise the name of counsel 
to present the argument.
