of Theodore S. Sergi dated December 15, 1994 for filing in the 
above referenced case. As you may know, this case 1s currently 
pending before Judge Harry Hammer, who is sitting in Rockville. - 
Therefore, I would appreciate it if you would file stamp the 
original and forward it to Judge Hammer in Rockville as the 
original document file is in his possession and this affidavit 
should be added to that file. I enclose along with the original 

a copy of this affidavit, which you may keep on file in Hartford _ 

1f necessary.
