Re: Dr. Webster Data

Dear Tiare:

Please have Dr. Webster bring to his deposition the underlying or supporting data and

computations on which he relied in making the analysis contained in his report in the Cromartie

litigation. In addition, we request that Dr. Webster bring to his deposition all maps or any other

materials on which he relied in preparing his reports and conclusions, other than those attached to

his two reports.

Also, please have Dr. Webster bring all expert reports he has submitted in any prior case

having to do with voting rights, expect for the Maxwell report. In particular we request any

report submitted by Dr. Webster for the Dillard litigation in Alabama.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Sincerely,

Psoy Merb
