ORDER

The above-entitled cause has been placed on 

this court's pre-trial calendar pursuant to Rule XI of 

the Local Court Rules for the Eastern District of 

Michigan and therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that this cause be set for pre­

trial on February 18, 1975, at 2:00 P.M.

Further, this order will serve to confirm an 

oral amendment to this court's January 13, 1975, status 

report order. At plaintiff's request and to relieve the 

difficult burden placed upon the plaintiff to convene 

a conference with all counsel for completion of a joint 

status report, plaintiff shall file a joint status report 

with counsel for the Detroit Board of Education, the 

State Board of Education, the Detroit Federation of



Teachers, and Citizens Committee for Better Education

All other interested parties shall forward their indi 

vidual status reports. All status reports shall be 

forwarded no later than February 10, 1975.
