Gentlemen:
The above styled case has been reset for non-jury trial from March 31 > 1976 
to Monday, July 12, 1976, at 9:30 A.M., Courtroom Number 3, 9th Floor, Federal 
Building.

The Local Rules require that you furnish the Court IN DUPLICATE a brief 
memorandiom of points and authorities on ^diich you intend to rely, covering 
both substantive and adjective law, not less than ten days before the case 
comes to trial. Copies of such memoranda will be exchanged by opposing 
counsel. If there should be a settlement of this cause prior to the date of 
trial, please notify this office immediately.
