Mississippi, and, in accord with the Order of this Honorable
Court, respectfully submits herewith its report.

There are 2456 students enrolled in the schools of Wilkinson County.
Of this number 2431 are Negro; twenty-five (25) are White.

(c) One (1) White part-time Mathematics Supervisor is employed by the school
district.
One teacher, who is White is employed full time to instruct one-half day
each at two schools.
(d) The part-time Mathematics Supervisor works with the Mathematics teachers
of William Winans, Finch and Wilkinson County Training School holding
teachers' workshops for the various grade levels.
one full time White instructor teaches one-half day each at William
Winans Attendance Center and Wilkinson County Training School.

No requests have been made under the majority to minority transfer provision
of the order on November 7, 1969.
IV.
No inter-district transfers have been requested or granted.
The three White students who attend Wilkinson County Training School are
transported daily on the same bus as the Negro students who reside on the
same road.
The two White students who attend Finch Attendance Center walk to school as
they reside too close to the school to be entitled to transportation at public
expense. The twenty White students who attend the Vocational Center are not
entitled to public Transportation, either.

All facilities in the schools which both White and Negro attend are being
operated on a desegregated basis.
No construction or expansion of facilities 1s planned.
The Wilkinson County Board of Education has not sold or abandoned any school
facility, equipment or supplies since the Court order of November 7, 1969.
The Woodville Attendance Center was closed by Order dated August 5, 1970,
modifying Order of November 7, 1969. The buildings comprising said school
are being maintained for further use in the event of the return of the students
who have abandoned the public school system.
IX.
There is not a bi-racial advisory committee to the school board. Two members
of the five member school board are Negro.
