Fund, will appear in federal court Wednesday Morning, July
29th in Hattiesburg. He will argue the Fund's objections to
the school integgation plans in Jackson} Leake County and
Biloxi.

that the parents’ choice of the fiat gradé is vague; and that
there are no provisions for tradsfers beysnd the first grade
