APPENDIX C

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF MISSISSIPPI

. WESTERN DIVISION

DELORES NORWOOD, ET AL, Plaintiffs

Vv. NO. WC 70-53-K

D. L, HARRISON, ET AL, Defendants

"ORDER

The court has before it defendants' motion to amend the

order of this court of February 27, 1978, by disallowing interest

on attorney fees between our original assessment thereof on

March 2, 1976, and January 3, 1978, the date on which we entered

an amended order correcting the clerical errors which, in the

view of the Fifth Circuit, precluded the March 2 order from

being a final judgment. Upon consideration thereof in view of

defendants' having been on notice of the imposition of fees plus

interest since our final resolution of this issue, we hold that

defendants" motion to amend should be and hereby is denied.

ORDERED, this, 13th day of March, 1978.

TY,
Chief Judge

United States District Court
